Unscrambling and Cartoning Line
Unscrambling and cartoning line is a packaging system integrating an optional orienting and face-up/face-down process. The packaging line is suitable for stick packs, three-side seal pouches and stand-up pouches for food, household products, personal care products and pharmaceutical products.

The unscrambling machine separates randomly fed pouches and arranges them in a single line with even spacing.
The orienting machine can detect front/back side, travel direction, and angular deviation, and then deliver pouches in a uniform and single-line manner with same orientation, face direction and spacing.
The counting and inspection unit provides accurate counting (≥99.9%) and removes overlapped, damaged, and misoriented products.

- Multi-section conveying system: The conveying speed progressively increases from feeding section, separating section and arranging section to prevent stacking. The rollers and conveying surface feature non-slip textures and soft rubber coating to prevent slipping and damages to products.
- Feed hopper features layered feeding mechanism to prevent bulk accumulation and reduce pouch creasing.
- Jamming prevention design: the clearances between belt and rollers are minimized to less than 0.3mm. And conveyor guards are dedicated to thin packs to prevent jamming.
- High-frame-rate industrial camera with shadow-free lighting to reduce glare, light transmission, and motion blur.
- Template library featuring multiple product templates: For products with fewer differences in orientation and face direction, other identifications like edges, patterns and sealing position are used. One-click template recall is supported to quickly adapt to different products.
- Unrecognized and misoriented products will be automatically removed and sent to reject bin, which ensures a minimum success rate of 99.8% for orientation.
- The touchscreen provides an integrated preset base, with presets for different packaging types that requires different parameters such as conveying speed, camera settings, rotating angles, feed travel. Rapid changeover is supported without the need for more configurations.
