Bagging and Case Packing Line
WorkflowDual-line diversion and integration→(Line A: bagging, sorting and case packing; Line B: sorting and case packing)→downstream equipment for case sealing and palletizing
The feeder delivers products to premade pouches for sealing. The sealed products will then be conveyed to downstream sorting line.
Loose, bagged, boxed and canned products are rapidly picked and placed on designated conveyors or into cases. The delta robot sorting machine achieves sorting, handling and arranging of products without too much human intervention. The process is standardized, automatic and efficiently managed.
The machine vision system can detect pack position and orientation, and calculates pick trajectories, and supports vision-guided sorting and dynamic picking. The positions can be adjusted according to situations.
- Randomly fed materials are unscrambled, oriented, efficiently and accurately counted, and then go through case packing, sealing and inspection. The process is servo-controlled and linked with machine vision system. Single-pack sorting, multi-pack stacking and preset batching are supported.
- Automatic processes (dual-line): Smart dual-line diversion and integration→unscrambling, orienting and sorting→automatic case collection→case forming and bottom sealing→ automatic case packing and sorting→case conveying→robotic palletizing
