  • Lane dividers are installed on each of the five lanes for physical separation. The progressive lane merging is adopted to prevent stacking and overlapping.
  • Heat sealing and cutting are optimized to reduce powder leak at the seal opening and cutting area, thus reducing dust level.
  • The five lanes are synchronized and calibrated to ensure uniform spacing between packs.
  • An enclosed guide channel with upper and lower restraints prevents slim stick packs from skewing, flipping or toppling.
